Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused Account Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage existing client accounts, proactively reach out to new leads via phone and virtual appointments, and meet with clients to assess and address their insurance needs. What You’ll Do:
- Obtain all 4 essential insurance licenses: Property, Casualty, Life & Health (training provided)
- Manage client accounts with personalized service and attention
- Reach out to potential clients through phone calls and virtual meetings
- Conduct in-person client meetings to discuss coverage options and tailor insurance solutions
- Collaborate with the team to achieve agency growth targets and big goals

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
